All VSparkles dresses are designed for a comfortable, relaxed fit with room to move, twirl, and enjoy your day. Our cotton dresses have 5% spandex for gentle stretch. When in doubt, size up — most of our styles look beautiful with a little extra room.

Athletic Dress Sizing
Our Adventure Collection athletic dresses follow the same size chart as above. They are cut slightly more relaxed through the skirt for active movement. The performance fabric has more stretch than our cotton styles, so sizing down is fine if you prefer a closer fit.
Sizing Tips
- Measure yourself over your undergarments, not over clothing.
- Use your largest measurement (bust, waist, or hip) to determine your size.
- If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
- All dresses include pockets.
